In 1979, Richard D. Steele established Richard D. Steele Construction (1979) Ltd. Commercial and Industrial renovations once generated the majority of our contracting business. Over thirty years later, the services scope has expanded to include Institutional Projects and all aspects of Design/Build Construction. Since the 1990's we have successfully branched into the Residential sector, designing and constructing specialty Custom Homes and carrying out Residential Renovations.

Our Management and Construction team work closely in the designing, building, renovating and the managing of Projects to turn the design concept into reality. The basic element of our Firm's success is recognizing that each Project, large or small, is truly unique. Our team works in partnership with our clients to analyze all construction details. We also give assistance in conceptual design, site selection, zoning, soil studies and budgeting.

We strive to develop a long term relationship with our Clients. We don't just walk in, do the job and get out. We like to assist in as many ways as possible, get to know the client and their needs and help them find solutions. We understand that we're a "cog in the wheel" that assists people in finding viable answers to their building needs and renovation problems. Putting those solutions or building needs together is the end result of the overall job. We want our customers to view us as a partner who is just as concerned about their requirements and the bottom line as they are, since 80 percent of our business comes from referrals by current and repetitive customers.
